At today’s drive-thru Medication and Sharps Collection held in the Wilde Lake Village Center, Howard County Executive Calvin Ball presented HC DrugFree with a Certificate of Recognition for the organization’s annual Drug and Alcohol Awareness Month celebrated each April.
