HC DrugFree’s Teen Advisory Council (TAC) cordially invites all Howard County High School students to a Zoom viewing of Out of Reach, a documentary by teen filmmaker Cyrus Stowe.  The film examines prescription drug abuse by teens in Cyrus’ school and community from the perspective of teens.  Following the viewing, students are welcome to stay to learn more about upcoming TAC activities.
