Drive-thru Medication & Sharps Disposal and Tour the H.O.P.E. House Trailer in the Wilde Lake Village Center Parking Lot

Free2 events happening…Same time, same place! Both free! Conveniently dispose of unwanted/expired medication and sharps, and at the same time, tour a trailer to see where your teen or loved one may be hiding drugs in plain site.
At the next drive-thru medication and sharps collection held at HC DrugFree’s site, parents/guardians and other adults are encouraged to tour a trailer set up to simulate a young person’s bedroom and bathroom. See some of the places drugs may be hidden in plain sight and learn other potential signs of drug use. This “2-for-1” event will be held in the Wilde Lake Village Center parking lot near the Swim Center on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (rain or shine).
Bring your unwanted or expired prescription and over-the-counter Medication and Sharps (needles, syringes and EpiPens), patches, vitamins, and vaping devices without the batteries. When in doubt, bring it! Where? Wilde Lake Village Center parking lot in Columbia (near the Swim Center, Slayton House, tennis courts and The UPS Store). Convenient. Open to the public. No need to get out of your vehicle. Takes just a minute to circle the parking lot.
